Spain national football team look well placed to beat Portugal national football team. Spain’s possession-based style, midfield control, and ability to create consistent chances could make the difference if they stay clinical in front of goal.
Spain played conservative in the group, but they were great in first match in playoffs against Austria, 3-0. They dominated every minute of that match. Portugal got controversial win against Croatia, scoring a questionable penalty and a couple of Croatia goals were overturned. I like Spain.

Spain to win in regular time. Portugal has impressive midfield by names, but as tournament shows they do not play well together. Just 1 win in the group round, and not confient win against Croatia in playoffs. Spain is coming off their best match against Austria.
Over 2.5 goals
Over 2.5 goals looks like a strong pick in the match between Portugal national football team and Spain national football team. Both sides have outstanding attacking quality and create plenty of chances, while their technical style could produce an open, entertaining game with at least three goals.
